We are pleased to present one of our latest projects – a custom presentation case made of cardboard and designed specifically for the products of Vimar, a renowned Italian brand known for its modern and elegant electrical installation solutions.
Italian design meets functional packaging
Vimar is recognised worldwide for combining outstanding manufacturing quality with contemporary design. Its products are often used in premium interiors and architectural projects, which means their presentation must also match the highest aesthetic standards.
A presentation case unlike any other
This project stood out thanks to its unique construction. The cover of the cardboard case was not permanently attached to the sides of the box, giving the entire structure a more spacious and modern character.
This solution not only created a distinctive visual effect but also added functionality — allowing the contents to be displayed more freely during demonstrations.
Two-colour foam – clarity, organisation and visual impact
Inside the case, we used two-colour technical foam, precisely cut to fit each Vimar product. This demo box with black and white foam offers several advantages:
stable and secure positioning of all components,
clear and intuitive product arrangement,
strong visual contrast that highlights the premium character of the contents.
We also added a semi-transparent protective layer to safeguard the printed graphics inside the case. These details make a real difference, especially when presenting high-end products.
Custom cardboard sample case
As always, we refined every detail: from selecting the ideal cardboard thickness and developing the structure, to achieving a clean surface finish and precise alignment of all parts.
The final demo box with foam was designed for intensive use during sales meetings, trade fairs and professional presentations.
