Demo Case for 3D Print Samples – 3DGence Project

Industrial 3D printing requires clear product demonstration

In recent years, 3D printers have become widely accessible. However, their role goes far beyond hobby applications. In industrial environments, 3D printing supports rapid prototyping, testing and small-batch production, reducing both time and external costs.

Choosing the right industrial 3D printer requires careful analysis. Companies must consider build volume, material compatibility, support structures, calibration systems and printing speed. Because of this complexity, physical samples remain one of the most effective ways to demonstrate printing quality and technological differences.

3DGence – industrial 3D printing solutions

3DGence is a Polish manufacturer specialising in professional and industrial 3D printers. The company develops advanced devices designed for demanding production environments, engineering departments and research facilities.

Due to the size of industrial 3D printers, transporting full machines for presentations is not practical. Instead, 3DGence decided to present printed samples produced using different technologies and devices. This approach allows customers to compare materials, surface quality and structural details directly during meetings.

A soft presentation case designed for sample demonstrations

To support these presentations, 3DGence selected a soft presentation case from Pinia Design. The project focused on mobility, protection and professional appearance.

The result was a lightweight soft sample case made of durable black technical fabric, finished with a colourful 3DGence logo. The neutral exterior highlights the samples while reinforcing brand recognition during sales meetings.

This presentation case was designed specifically for field use by sales teams and technical advisors.

Transparent pressing sheets and organised interior

Inside our soft samples case, the wings were equipped with transparent pressing sheets. These plates serve two important functions. They stabilise the samples during transport and ensure a clean, elegant presentation layout.

Printed samples remain firmly pressed in place, even during frequent travel. At the same time, transparency allows the samples to stay fully visible, supporting smooth explanations during demonstrations.

This interior layout improves presentation flow and prevents damage to delicate printed elements.

Demo cases as practical sales tools

The finished demo cases allow 3DGence representatives to present industrial printing capabilities clearly and consistently. Samples are always arranged in the same order, which supports repeatable, professional demonstrations.

A mobile demonstration case helps sales teams focus on customer conversations instead of logistics. It also shortens meeting time and increases confidence during technical discussions.

Soft presentation cases for mobile professionals

Soft presentation cases are particularly effective when samples vary in size and shape. They offer flexibility, low weight and excellent durability, even during intensive use.

Combined with well-designed interiors, soft demo cases become reliable tools for daily sales work. They protect valuable samples while maintaining a premium appearance suitable for professional environments.

We hope that this presentation case will support many successful meetings and contribute to new long-term partnerships for 3DGence.
