The aluminium suitcase is a great option for traditionalists.
It looks very professional, and at the same time elegant, thanks to the use of high-quality elements such as extruded profiles of anodized aluminium or chrome locks and hinges.
Aluminium cases are durable and offer a wide range of ways to transport samples: they can be foam inserts for the cases, but also a mounting plate where we attach and electrically connect devices ready for operation. This is how we gain a mobile, interactive showroom.

We produce custom-made aluminium suitcases from scratch. Their size is always tailored to the customer’s specific products down to the last centimetre.
The front and back panels of the aluminium presentation cases are made of a composite board consisting of two layers of aluminium sheet separated by a plastic layer to increase stiffness and strength. When building personalized aluminium cases, we do not use half-measures such as fiberboard covered with aluminium foil. Our cases are designed for the demonstration of premium products and are made of high-quality materials.
We will adjust the size of the aluminium demo case and plastic cases to the requirements you present to us, for example the size of a cabin suitcase. If the aluminium suitcase is to act as a means of transport for heavy measuring devices, we propose a detachable frame, a universal suitcase, which will allow you to move comfortably along long airport corridors when traveling by plane, and before entering a client’s office for a sales presentation, will allow you to detach the frame and enter the office with an elegant briefcase.
Due to the multi-stage production process, the minimum order quantity for aluminium suitcases is 5 pieces.

Branding
We apply a logo to aluminium suitcases according to our client’s guidelines. It can be made of white or colored foil as well as a printable foil if the logo requires an unusual color or pattern.
Full-surface printing
The plates constituting the back or front of the suitcase can be completely covered with any graphics, creating a unique effect on the aluminium suitcase.
Internal markings
Logos, descriptions inside the suitcase – both on the front of the suitcase, which acts as a kind of advertising board when opened, and near the samples transported in the foam.
Foam insert
The interior of an aluminium suitcase can be filled with technical foam cut perfectly to the shape of the transported items.
Removable inserts
We produce customised foam trays that can be arranged into layers of different heights or plastic and foam drawers.
Mounting plates
You can not only show how your product looks, but also how it works, if it is mounted on a stable mounting plate, especially one with electrical connections.
Accessories
We can equip heavy suitcases with a trolley, even a detachable one, which you can remove before visiting the customer. Wheels in aluminium suitcases make it easier to carry the boxes over longer distances and are especially necessary when the contents of the aluminium suitcases are heavy.
Internal pockets
We sew and assemble pockets and handles for small items in the suitcase according to the customer’s requirements.
Front color
For orders over 50 demo cases, we offer the possibility of choosing the colors of the aluminium plates on the front, back and sides of the aluminium cases.
Detachable cover
Usually, single-wing suitcases, thanks to the use of specialist hinges, open to 90 degrees, and double-wing aluminium suitcases to 180 degrees, so that samples placed in both wings of the suitcase are spread flat during presentation. However, if the usability of the suitcase requires it, we can make a completely detachable cover, which can be removed when using the transported equipment.
