Pinia Design plastic cases are waterproof, lightweight and modern.
Our plastic demo cases come in many shapes, sizes and colours. After consultations with the client, we select the type of plastic suitcase to optimize the value for money of the presenter and to bring out the best features of the product transported in it. The purpose of the suitcase – a presentation case for product samples, a transport case for tools or a protective case for equipment – determines the version of the presenter that will be used. We can choose between cases made of plastic with increased durability, in industrial models, or suitcases made of smooth, minimalistic plastic that blend perfectly into the background without distracting attention from your product.
The mentioned external casing of the plastic suitcases is 100% recyclable polypropylene. Our customers can be sure that the cases for their tools or products ordered from Pinia Design have been produced with respect for the environment.
Custom-made plastic suitcases with company logo
In the process of producing personalized plastic suitcases, consultations with the customer play the most important role. We know from experience that each product is different, and the suitcase used to present it must be constructed in such a way as to emphasize its most competitive features. However, it should be remembered that our offer of interior design goes far beyond foam inserts for suitcases.
Our projects are often very extensive mobile showrooms. Suitcases for smart home, lighting or electrical products are in many cases presenters full of very complex electrical connections and interoperating devices, making up a fully interactive sales presentation.
Series of such specialized demo cases are often created as a result of the implementation of more than one prototype and constant consultations with the client, thanks to which the final version of the personalized suitcase or Cardboard sample cases optimally presents the product and provides the WOW effect! effect of the presentation.

Branding
We apply a logo or any printed graphics to plastic suitcases according to our client’s guidelines.
Full-surface printing
The front and back of the suitcase can be covered with very high quality printed long-term foil with very strong glue.
Colours
You can choose the colour of the demo case, locks and in some models also the handle.
Internal markings
We can add logo and descriptions inside the suitcase – both on the back of the front of the suitcase, which acts as a kind of advertising board when opened,as well as next to the samples located in the foam.
Foam insert
The interior of the plasticsuitcase can be filled with technical foam cut perfectly to the shape of the transported items.
Mounting plates
You can not only show how your product looks, but also how it works, if it is mounted on a stable mounting plate, especially one with electrical connections.
Accessories
Plastic suitcases can be equipped with a trolley.
Internal pockets
We sew and assemble pockets and handles for small items in the suitcase according to the customer’s requirements.
ORGANIC demo cases
ORGANIC suitcases consist of up to 93% renewable raw materials, such as glucose, natural waxes, minerals and natural fibers. The carbon needed to produce ORGANIC suitcases is obtained from CO2 from the atmosphere, so that subsequent recycling takes place in a CO2-neutral manner, creating a closed loop in effect, leaving a minimal carbon footprint.
