Plastics and foam cutting
We provide services in the field of wholesale processing of plastics and technical foams using CNC techniques, such as milling, cutting with an active oscillating knife up to 15 cm long and cutting with a CO2 laser.
We work on our own materials as well as on those provided by the customer.
Finished products can be additionally glued with hot-melt adhesives, industrial methacrylic glue or other glue intended for a given material.
Hot-melt gluing in bulk quantities is performed using a Valco-Melton gluing machine. Accuracy and repeatability are achieved by using a computer-controlled dedicated CNC plotter.
We cooperate with advertising companies to produce semi-finished products for the production of advertising materials, displays, etc. For device manufacturers, we produce foams protecting the devices they sell during transportation, as well as trays for transporting semi-finished products between production lines and production plants in various locations throughout Europe.

Milling
We mill on two CNC plotters with vacuum tables.
We process materials such as:
- dibond,
- hard and foamed PVC,
- plexiglass,
- hips,
- polycarbonate,
- furniture boards,
- MDF,
- plywood,
- ABS,
- polyamide,
- PE, PELD EVA, XPE foams.
Cutting with an oscillating knife
Cutting with an oscillating knife is carried out on two CNC plotters, on which the material is attached using vacuum pumps. Thanks to this technique, we can cut soft materials, such as:
- non-crosslinked PE foams,
- physically crosslinked PE foams,
- chemically crosslinked PE foams,
- EVA foams,
- XPE foams,
- PU foams,
- ESD foams,
- EPDM foams,
- foamed PVC,
- polypropylene plates,
- solid and corrugated cardboard.
By cutting foams with an oscillating knife, no fluff is produced, which is crucial in many applications (e.g. ESD foams for storing delicate electronic components).
Gluing
We offer gluing of cut details with industrial adhesives adapted to the given material.
We have efficient hot-melt glue machines and dispensers for one-component and two-component adhesives.
- glue two hard PVC details with a two-component methacrylic glue or a dedicated hot-melt glue,
- glue two foams together with hot-melt glue,
and bond various materials, e.g.:
- foamed PVC with chemically cross-linked PE foam – hot melt glue,
- dibond with plexiglass – 3M adhesive film.
Hot bending of plastics
Hot bending of plastics, mainly plexiglass or PVC, is a fairly common service in the advertising industry. We also have a lot of experience in this, which can be used in your projects.
