Milling
We carry out milling using two CNC plotters equipped with vacuum tables, ensuring stable positioning and high-precision processing. This allows us to produce complex shapes and repeatable components for both plastics and technical foams.

Cutting with an oscillating knife
Cutting with an oscillating knife is performed on two CNC plotters, where the material is securely held in place using vacuum pumps. This method provides clean, accurate cuts and is ideal for processing soft materials with complex shapes and fine details.
Thanks to this technology, we can cut soft materials such as:
- non-crosslinked PE foams,
- physically crosslinked PE foams,
- chemically crosslinked PE foams,
- EVA foams,
- XPE foams,
- PU foams,
- ESD foams,
- EPDM foams,
- foamed PVC,
- polypropylene plates,
- solid and corrugated cardboard.
When cutting foams with an oscillating knife, no fluff or dust is produced, which is essential in many applications. This is particularly important for ESD foams used for storing or transporting delicate electronic components, where cleanliness and surface integrity are critical.
This clean-cutting technology supports our technical foam services and ensures that sensitive materials remain uncontaminated during foam conversion processes.
Gluing
We offer professional gluing of cut components using industrial adhesives selected specifically for each material type. This ensures strong, durable bonds and consistent quality across all production batches.
We work with a wide range of adhesive systems and operate efficient hot-melt glue machines, as well as dispensers for both one-component and two-component adhesives. This allows us to assemble plastic and foam elements quickly and reliably, supporting even complex projects within our technical foam services and foam processing operations. We can:
- glue two hard PVC details with a two-component methacrylic glue or a dedicated hot-melt glue,
- glue two foams together with hot-melt glue,
and bond various materials, e.g.:
- foamed PVC with chemically cross-linked PE foam – hot melt glue,
- dibond with plexiglass – 3M adhesive film.
Hot bending of plastics
Hot bending of plastics — mainly plexiglass (PMMA) or PVC — is a widely used service in the advertising and display industry. We have extensive experience in this process and can apply it to your projects to achieve clean bends, repeatable angles and professional visual results. This capability complements our wider plastics processing and supports the production of high-quality promotional and structural components.
