Custom soft presentation cases tailored to your needs
Soft cases filled with custom foam inserts are the most versatile type of presentation cases. In our experience, they have the widest range of applications: as protective cases, they protect against rain, dust and impacts; they serve as transport cases for, among others, measuring devices or medical equipment; they are often ordered as tool cases, but above all as demo cases.
Soft demo cases are made of very durable, waterproof fabric with a printed logo. The modern design of demo cases creates a fashionable, eye-catching gadget.
Suitcases manufactured in this way can be filled, for example, with the highest quality technical foam, which we design to fit the shape of the transported items. There are always rigid and very light internal reinforcements under the foam insert. This construction allows for safe transport and easy removal and insertion of products transported in a demo case. As a result, our suitcases are very durable and allow for carrying heavy loads. We can additionally equip them with wheels and a telescopic handle. This model of suitcase with a logo weighs – despite its durability – very little.
Why choose Pinia Design sewn suitcases?
As a suitcase manufacturer, we design and sew our suitcases at our headquarters in Niepołomice, Poland. We always adjust their size to the presented customer samples. We can also adjust the size of the suitcase to other requirements, for example to the dimensions of a cabin suitcase. Due to the multi-stage production process, the minimum order quantity for sewn suitcases is 5 pieces. Before mass production, it is possible to make a prototype.

Colour
When ordering sewn demo cases, you choose the colour of the fabric from our colour palette
Branding
Logo, that we apply to sewn suitcases, is made of a special foil with a glue activated by high temperature and high pressure. The marking can be made of white or coloured foil, it can also be a printable foil if the logo requires an unusual colour or pattern.
Foam insert
The interior of a soft suitcase is most often filled with technical foam cut perfectly to the shape of the transported items. It can be on one side of the suitcase (single-wing suitcases) or on both sides of the suitcase (in double-wing suitcases).
Removable inserts
We produce customised foam trays that can be arranged into layers of different heights or plastic and foam drawers.
External pockets
A zipped pocket can be placed on one of the fronts of the demo case. It can hold a catalogue, business cards and pens.
Internal markings
Logos and descriptions are glued to the foam inside the demo case and placed near the samples. This increases functionality od a demo case and makes presentation easier.
Mounting plates
Your product can be mounted on a stable mounting plate, provided with electrical connections or we can even built an internal advertising box with corporate graphics.
Demo cases for products of unusual sizes
The soft model of a case allows for great freedom in choosing the size and proportions. These can be, for example, small cosmetic-type cases. On the other hand, low weight of a sewn case makes it easier to transport very heavy products.
Accessories
Cases designed to transport heavy items can be equipped with a telescopic handle and wheels. Trolley can be permanently mounted or detached before visiting a customer.
