Presentation cases for aluminium balcony and terrace systems
Presentation of aluminium systems is well known to us, but each project brings new challenges.
This time, we worked with Copal, a manufacturer of aluminium balustrade systems for balconies and terraces. These systems combine aesthetics with performance and energy efficiency, which makes clear product presentation essential during sales meetings.
Aluminium and glass structures help reduce heat loss while improving comfort in outdoor living spaces. Because of this, customers expect solutions that meet both visual and technical requirements. A well-designed presentation case supports this decision-making process and strengthens the sales message.
To support Copal’s sales teams, we designed a series of lightweight demo cases tailored to aluminium profile samples. The goal was to combine strong visual impact with everyday usability in the field.
External design and transport comfort
Together with the client, we selected a red plastic presentation case as the base structure. Plastic ensures low weight, durability and resistance during frequent transport between client meetings. The strong red colour immediately attracts attention, while the white Copal logo reinforces brand recognition.
The case was designed for daily work by sales representatives visiting architects, contractors and investors. An internal sewn pocket was added to store small components and accessories, keeping all presentation elements organised in one place. This solution improves presentation flow and reduces preparation time during meetings.
As a result, the presentation case works as a practical sales tool and a mobile brand carrier at the same time.
Interior layout and foam inserts for aluminium profiles
Inside the case, we used CNC-cut technical foam shaped precisely to the aluminium profiles. Each element has its own position, ensuring protection during transport and visual order during demonstrations. The foam layout allows easy comparison of system shapes and finishes.
The foam inserts protect samples from scratches and mechanical damage, even during intensive use. This helps maintain a professional appearance over time and supports confident product demonstrations. Thanks to the clear internal layout, sales teams can focus on customer conversations instead of handling samples.
The finished presentation cases proved effective both for transport and presentation. They support structured sales demonstrations and help Copal representatives conduct productive meetings with clients.
