Most of the posts in our news section focus on selected projects and completed implementations. This time, however, we focus on a product that appears very frequently in our work. Garage door panels are among the most commonly presented elements used by sales teams and distributors. They require a structured and durable presentation format.
Many of our solutions work perfectly for showcasing both colour and surface structure. This is important, as visual appearance often influences the final purchasing decision. In such cases, a presentation system must combine protection, mobility, and clarity. It should also allow easy comparison between variants and safe transport of samples.
Below are selected solutions used in the presentation of garage door panels. Each responds to different sales and logistical needs.
Presentation cases without foam
Presentation cases without foam offer a lightweight and cost-effective solution for everyday sales work. Sewn compartments separate individual garage door panels, so samples do not collide and remain organised. Users can easily remove each panel and return it to its place. This speeds up client presentations and improves workflow. These presentation suitcases often include a shoulder strap for comfortable transport. A manufacturer’s logo appears on the front to ensure visual consistency and brand visibility. This type of solution works best when the number of samples is limited and quick access is required.
Presentation suitcases with custom foam inserts
When the presentation set includes more elements, presentation suitcases with custom foam inserts become a better option. This is especially true when, in addition to panels, material sample boxes, accessories, and fittings are included. In such cases, we use custom foam inserts. Each product has its own precisely cut position. This ensures both protection and a clear layout.
In our example, panels sit in a vertical layout to optimise internal space. This configuration increases the number of samples without significantly increasing the overall size. Presentation suitcases can include foam inserts on one side or on both sides. The configuration depends on the number of products. Double-sided layouts allow more extensive presentation possibilities. We always design the foam layout individually for each product set to ensure a perfect fit and a professional look.
The exterior includes a manufacturer’s logo, either single or multi-colour. An external pocket for catalogues and brochures can also be added.
Material sample boxes
Material sample boxes provide a compact and practical way to present finishes and structures of garage door panels. They usually take the form of cardboard sample sets bound with a screw post. This allows easy handling and organisation. Metal samples that present colours and textures are attached inside. Plastic separators with UV printing can be placed between them to describe colour names and surface structures. Alternatively, individual product labels can be applied to the back of each sample. We produce material sample boxes from laminated cardboard with full-surface printing. This ensures strong brand consistency. Ordering material sample boxes helps organise the product range and makes it easier to compare available options.
Wall display units
Wall display units work well in showrooms and sales points where space optimisation is important. For Vetrex, we produced lightweight and modern display units with compact dimensions. Each unit includes a practical shelf and a secure mounting system. Long garage door panels are fixed using special mounting technology, which prevents them from falling out during use. The display is finished with a three-dimensional acrylic logo that enhances brand visibility.
Floor display units
Floor display units provide freestanding solutions for larger showroom or retail environments. For Krispol, we produced units using dibond, acrylic, and rigid PVC. This combination ensures durability and an elegant appearance. Integrated shelves allow easy removal and repositioning of samples. This improves both the sales process and the customer experience. These display units balance functionality with aesthetics and work well in professional presentation spaces.
Catalogue display units
It is not always practical to provide physical panel samples to every client. For this reason, manufacturers often use catalogue display units. For Wiśniowski, we developed a modern and flexible solution. The unit can function as a freestanding display or be mounted on a wall. Thanks to the easily detachable base, users can adapt it to the available space. This allows showrooms to optimise layout and improve presentation flexibility.
Presenting garage door panels requires carefully designed solutions that combine functionality, aesthetics, and transport protection. Depending on the needs, this may include presentation cases without foam, presentation suitcases with custom foam inserts, material sample boxes, or display units. A properly selected presentation system supports sales teams, organises the product range, and helps clients make decisions more efficiently. This is why we tailor each solution to the specific product and its presentation requirements.
