Production
Production takes place at our headquarters in Niepołomice Investment Zone. The machinery park consists of CNC milling plotters, CO2 laser, industrial gluers, automatic and manual heavy sewing machines, a foil cutting plotter, thermal presses, pneumatic riveters and many other modern devices and tools.
A large part of our devices and tools are powered by compressed air, which ensures the best ergonomics and incredible efficiency.
We use advanced techniques for processing semi-finished products – we cut foam with an active oscillating knife, we mill, saw, weld steel and aluminum, and automatically cut – with perfect repeatability and millimeter accuracy – fabrics according to a digital project.
We combine materials such as plastic, foam, aluminum, textiles and many others.
We glue manually and on a CNC machine with hot-melt glues and two-component industrial glues.
In our sewing room, we sew suitcases from specialist and very durable technical fabrics, we design sewn inserts for aluminum suitcases, we sew them according to the customer’s requirements.
We design, cut and apply logos.
Our technological knowledge is supported by several years of experience. We constantly monitor the production techniques we use for their ability to ensure the highest usability and best appearance of the final product.
