Production
Production takes place at our headquarters in the Niepołomice Investment Zone. Our machinery park includes CNC milling plotters, a CO₂ laser, industrial gluers, automatic and manual heavy sewing machines, a foil-cutting plotter, thermal presses and pneumatic riveters. We also use many other modern devices and tools.
A large part of our equipment is powered by compressed air, which improves ergonomics and ensures excellent efficiency.
We use advanced techniques for processing semi-finished products. We cut foam with an active oscillating knife, mill and saw components, weld steel and aluminium, and automatically cut fabrics with digital accuracy and perfect repeatability.
We combine materials such as plastic, foam, aluminium and technical textiles, as well as many other specialised materials.
We glue components manually and on a CNC machine using hot-melt adhesives and two-component industrial glues.
In our sewing room, we produce suitcases from specialist and highly durable technical fabrics. We also design and sew inserts for aluminium cases to match each customer’s requirements.
We design, cut and apply logos in many technologies, depending on the visual and material needs of the project.
Our technological expertise is supported by many years of experience. We constantly monitor production techniques to ensure the highest usability and the best appearance of every final product.
