Don’t know what to put in your suitcase? Take a look at the industries tab, where the possibilities of presenting products from many economic sectors.
If you already know your expectations, collect product samples, write down their dimensions or lay them out flat next to each other to determine roughly how much space they will take up in the suitcase. You know best in what orientation your products should be presented, but if you want to rely on our experience, we will always be happy to advise you. You can also send us a technical drawing and the total weight of the samples, this will be sufficient at the concept and quotation stage.s are discussed in detail.
We produce sewn, aluminium and cardboard presentation cases especially for you – we will choose the size down to the centimeter. In the case of plastic cases – we will choose a case of the right size for you.

Consider whether you want your products to be on both sides of the suitcase or just one, or maybe a large number of samples require multiple layers.

As experienced manufacturers of demo cases, we will be happy to suggest modifications that will ensure the highest possible functionality of the presenter. After all, it is meant to serve you for many years.
Brainstorming finished? You still need to decide on the number of suitcases you need to produce for your salespeople. Our production minimums are 5 pieces for sewn and aluminium presentation cases, 100 for cardboard, and for plastic suitcases it depends on the model and amounts to a dozen or several dozen pieces. Remember that the larger the number of suitcases, the lower their unit price!
Once we have all the information, we will analyse it and prepare an individual quote for you.
Don’t worry that you may have missed something or you are not convinced about all the solutions, we can still make any changes. At the end, you can also count on the production of a prototype.
Although we can rely on a technical drawing when cutting holes for products in the foam, we must remember that the foam is a flexible material and we must be prepared for small size tolerances. We are always happy when the customer sends us a full set of samples – this is the best way to guarantee a 100% perfect match between the foam cutouts and the products.
After the necessary corrections and approval of the prototype, we start serial production. You can relax, everything is in our hands. If you want, we will pack each demo case in a separate box, mark it with an appropriate label, which is advisable if you order several suitcase models for different product series.
Every suitcase we produce is checked technically and visually and cleaned.
A complementary solution that you can use is packaging the samples delivered to us. We can pack them in a demo case with foam, and if the project also included an interactive version, e.g. the ability to turn on the presented lighting fixtures, a presentation of the operation of a light switch or the principle of operation of a smart home system, we can also take care of it. Our qualified employees will perform all electrical connections of both low-voltage devices 12-24V and devices powered by 230V mains voltage.

As we have already decided on the packaging method, depending on the selected option (individually or collectively packed in boxes, and large quantities additionally on a pallet), we send produced cases to one place or to individual sales representatives designated by you.
We always take great care to secure the suitcases for transport, so that the case itself and the products inside it are not damaged, even during a long sea or air journey.
