If you already know your expectations, collect product samples and note their dimensions. You may also lay them out to estimate the required space. You know best how your products should be presented. However, you can always rely on our experience and advice.

Consider whether your products should be displayed on one side or both sides of the case. Think about the number of samples and possible multi-layer layouts.

During the design stage, we focus on understanding what brings the highest value to your project. As experienced demo case manufacturers, we often suggest improvements that increase usability and long-term functionality
Once the concept is clear, decide how many cases you need for your sales team.
The minimum order quantity is five pieces for sewn and aluminium presentation cases. For cardboard cases, it is 100 pieces. For plastic demo cases, the minimum depends on the selected model.
Remember, larger quantities usually reduce the unit price.
After collecting all information, we prepare an individual quotation for your project.
If you are unsure about any solution, adjustments are still possible. At this stage, you may also request a prototype before final production.
When cutting foam inserts, we can rely on technical drawings. However, foam is flexible and small tolerances may occur.
For this reason, sending us a full set of samples is recommended. This guarantees a perfect fit between the foam cut-outs and your products.
After prototype approval, we start serial production.
You can relax, as the entire process is handled by our team. If needed, we can pack each demo case separately and label it accordingly. This is especially useful when ordering multiple case versions.
Every presentation case undergoes technical and visual inspection. Each case is also cleaned before packing.
We can also pack your samples into the demo case with custom foam inserts. If the project also included an interactive version, e.g. the ability to turn on the presented lighting fixtures, a presentation of the operation of a light switch or the principle of operation of a smart home system, we can also take care of it. Our qualified employees will perform all electrical connections of both low-voltage devices 12-24V and devices powered by 230V mains voltage.

As we have already decided on the packaging method, depending on the selected option (individually or collectively packed in boxes, and large quantities additionally on a pallet), we send produced cases to one place or to individual sales representatives designated by you.
